This connecting rod bushing (111 105 433) is the clearance between the connecting rod and the piston pin and eventually wears out - leading to increased play and irregular engine noise. The Ø 20mm size fits T1 and Karmann Ghia models and is a routine part for overhaul. Combine this with a complete set of connecting rod bolts and piston rings for a thorough engine refresh.
