These ARP chromoly connecting rods are built for engines that need to withstand more power than the original cast iron can handle. Chromoly is lighter and stronger - allowing you to safely run higher RPMs and more power without risk of failure. They are perfect for anyone seriously upgrading a T1 or T2 - and they work in all air-cooled VW engines of these models. Combine them with ARP bolts and a sturdy crankshaft for a reliable power source.
