Chrome-plated 12V starter motor with 1.4 kW power for the VW Beetle and Karmann Ghia from 08/1966, VW T1 and T2 Bus up to 07/1975 with 1600cc engine, Type 3 from 08/1966 and Type 181, with OEM number 311 911 023. The starter is mounted on the transmission bell housing and engages the flywheel ring gear via the pinion. The chrome finish makes the part visibly suitable for show engines.
