**Bosch.** 12V starter motor for the VW Beetle from 08/1966, Karmann Ghia from 08/1966, T1 and T2 Bus up to 07/1975, Type 181 and Type 3 from 08/1966, OEM number 311 911 023D. The starter motor is mounted on the transmission bell housing and engages the flywheel ring gear via the pinion.
