This 180mm lightened flywheel - originally from the Porsche 356 and 912 - fits perfectly in your T1 - Beetle - or Karmann Ghia with a standard engine setup. Its lower weight allows the engine to respond more directly to accelerator input and rev up faster. Perfect if you're upgrading your aircooled engine with better ignition and carburetion - as you'll truly benefit from the weight reduction. Combine this with an optimized crankshaft - and you'll have a significantly faster revving engine.
