This release bearing guide sits between your clutch pedal and the pressure ring - ensuring smooth movement of the pressure plate. It is secured with 3 small bolts and is original for T1 to T4 - Beetle - Karmann Ghia - and Type 181. It's worth replacing if you're already working on your clutch - as wear here can quickly make the pedal feel funny. Combine this with a new pressure ring and clutch disc for a truly fresh clutch system.
