This rubber bracket supports the gearbox at the nose of the engine and prevents the gearbox from vibrating during driving. With older material, the rubber tears or loses its shape, resulting in extra noise and poorer shifting. The OEM number 211 599 243B ensures the correct fit on your T2a or T2b. Combine this with new engine mounts for a complete restoration of the engine suspension.
