This rubber bushing sits between the spring plate and the chassis at the rear - ensuring you don't feel every bump in the road. On T1 Beetles and Karmann Ghias - these rubbers wear out after a few decades - leading to play and rattling noises around your rear axle. Replacing them is simple work and immediately improves your driving dynamics. Combine this with the other rubbers on the spring plate for a complete and balanced result.
