VW T2 | Rear axle nut | 211 501 221A
This nut (OEM 211 501 221A) holds your rear axle in place and is standard on the T2a and T2b. It is a castle nut with a split pin, so you can secure it safely. Replace it during maintenance or if you disassemble the axle, as re-using it can cause damage. Combine this with a new split pin and a thorough cleaning of your rear axle.
