These torsion bar covers protect the torsion bar finishes in your engine compartment from dirt and corrosion. The original pair (111 511 255B) is located under the bonnet - so it's rarely visible but crucial for the finish. The covers wear out well and often tear - so replacing them is worthwhile. Combine these with a complete engine compartment refresh: new hoses - battery cover - and rubbers for a tidy finish.
