VW Beetle - KG | Gear lever linkage grommet between gearbox nose and chassis | 08/60- -Type 3 -Type 181 | 111 301 289B
This rubber bushing prevents oil from leaking from your gearbox along the gear shift rod. It sits between the nose cone of the gearbox and the chassis - where the rod passes through. After years of service - these rubbers become porous and start to leak. VintageDub carries replacement part 111 301 289B for all classic air-cooled models. Combine this with a new oil plug to fully seal your transmission.
