BBT Silver Weld sheet metal. This oil slinger is located in the brake drum and keeps oil from splashing from behind into your brakes. Without it, oil disappears into your wheel and causes grip problems. You'll find it universally applied to air-cooled Volkswagen, OEM number 356.34.031. Combine this with a new set of brake shoes and oil seals if you're taking everything apart anyway.
