These rubber boots protect the shift mechanism's guide bushings from dirt and moisture. Over the years - the rubber becomes brittle and tears - leading to contamination and play. VintageDub supplies them as a pair - so you have everything you need for the rear of your T3. Combine them with fresh guide bushings 251 711 165 for a completely serviced shift mechanism.
