This shift rod guide bush (OEM 251 711 207D) causes your gearbox to react slower and feel sloppier than necessary. Replace it with this original spec bush and you'll shift precisely as it should. Suitable for T3 models - front and rear. Combine this with a new clutch cable for the complete upgrade package.
