The shift rod guidance in your T2 becomes quite sloppy after years of play and shaking - and these bushings are the culprit. This complete set includes all the original rubber parts you need to eliminate play from your gearbox - making your shifting feel tight again. Install them along with a new shift rod - and you're all set. Combine this with a new cable or mechanism - depending on your setup.
