This guide bush is located at the front of your shift rod and ensures that it moves smoothly without play. After years, this bush wears out, causing your shifting to feel spongy or even get stuck in multiple positions. The original numbers 111 701 259A and 111 701 263 are no longer available, but this replacement does exactly the same job. Combine this with a new shift bolt and you'll have a tight shifting system.
