This shift rod (211 711 155D) connects your gearbox to the shifter in the cabin. On the T2a and T2b - this part is heavily stressed - so you should regularly check this rod for play and damage. VintageDub supplies the original OEM part - so your shift feels tight again. Combine this with a new gear selector seal for a complete overhaul.
