This upper bearing (113 412 329B) is located in the steering column of your T1 and ensures that the steering wheel turns smoothly without play. After years of use - the bearing wears out - causing the steering wheel to rattle or become stiff. Replacing it is not a difficult job and will make your steering wheel feel like new again. Combine this with the lower bearing and your steering column will be completely revitalized.
