This bump stop is located on the front upper torsion arm and prevents the arm from hitting the chassis during harsh movements. After decades of use - this rubber naturally becomes hard and brittle - causing the arm to rattle and handling to deteriorate. VintageDub supplies this OEM replacement (211 401 253) to ensure your front end is properly supported again. Combine this with the lower bump stop for a complete overhaul of your torsion arms.
