This worm shaft ball bearing is located in the steering box and ensures smooth and direct steering operation on your T2a. The replacement part (211 415 235) wears out over the years - which becomes noticeable as looser or rattling power steering. Replacement is advisable if you notice that the steering responds less responsively or has developed extra play. Combine this with a new steering box gasket for a completely renewed steering geometry system.
