This left spindle nut (111 405 671) is fastened to your spindle and holds the wheel in place. It is a precision part that should not be replaced lightly: if this nut slips or is damaged, you will get play in your wheel suspension and everything will vibrate. Combine this with a new right spindle nut and check your wheel bearing play to ensure a proper seal.
