VW Beetle - KG | Ball joint suspension mount top | Beetle 08/65-, KG 08/65-, Type 181 | 131 405 423A
This upper suspension ball joint (OEM 131 405 423A) connects your steering knuckle to the suspension arm and largely determines how your Beetle or Karmann Ghia steers. It is a wear part that develops play after years and many kilometers - which manifests itself as rattling in the steering wheel and poor road holding. VintageDub supplies this ball joint for T1 - Karmann Ghia and Type 181 - suitable for original suspension without modifications. We recommend combining this with the lower ball joint and the steering strut springs for a complete steering system.
