This suspension ball joint by Alfred Heyd is part of your T2 suspension system and provides the connection between your steering axle and wheel carrier. You can use it for both the top and bottom - and Alfred Heyd simply delivers solid quality that gets the job done. Make sure to replace both sides at the same time - as one bad ball joint will throw your steering out of balance. Combine this with new steering axle end pieces for a complete steering system revamp.
