Fits the VW Beetle, Karmann Ghia and Type 181, OEM number 131 415 821A. This ball joint is located in your steering rod and connects the steering mechanism to the front wheel. The large taper and right-hand thread fit original VW steering rods for Beetle - Karmann Ghia and Type 181. A wear part that needs to be replaced regularly - especially if you notice play in your steering. Combine this with the left-hand variant and your entire front steering will be tight again.
