This mounting kit (OEM 131 498 441) sits on top of your front shock absorber and ensures everything is securely attached to the bodywork. The dust boot keeps dirt and moisture out. If you are replacing shock absorbers or readjusting suspension - this part is essential. Combine this with new shock absorber springs or suspension component kits for a complete front overhaul.
