This backing plate sits behind your front brake disc and provides the necessary support for your brake cylinder. Without this plate - you cannot properly adjust your brakes - so it is a fundamental part that you want to have in order. We have it available here for the left side - suitable for many air-cooled models. Combine this with a new brake hose and brake fluid for a complete brake service.
