This brake hose is located at the rear of your T1, T2 or Beetle and connects the brake line from the chassis to the brake cylinder on the rear axle. After decades, minerals and rust can accumulate in the hose, which can degrade or even completely eliminate your brake feel. You can recognize a worn hose by play in the pedal or a soft, spongy feeling when braking. This replacement is exactly 270mm long and fits all models up to and including the T2b (OEM 113 611 775 / 211 611 775B). Combine this with new front and rear brake lines for complete brake maintenance.
