This rubber grommet ensures that the hose stays securely on the filler neck of your brake fluid reservoir and prevents it from shifting. This is especially important on T2a and T2b models where this connection experiences a lot of vibration. The replacement part (211 611 833C) is small but essential for a reliable brake fluid circuit. Combine this with a new filler hose and you'll have a neatly finished system.
