This heater hose transports hot water from the engine to the heating system on the chassis - mounted on the left side. On many VW engines - this hose is under pressure and can harden or crack after decades - leading to leaks and poor heating. The replacement part is labeled 113 255 355M and fits T1 - T2a - T2b - Karmann Ghia and Type 181. Please combine this with the heat exchanger seal ring and heater hoses on the right side for a complete heating system.
