This original VW gasket (068 251 235A) fits perfectly on your exhaust pipe and prevents exhaust gas from escaping along the flange. Replacing a worn gasket is a five-minute job that saves a lot of mess. Combine this with a new exhaust pipe or circlips for a complete job.
