VW T1 Bus - T2 Bus - Beetle - KG | Fuel connection Ø 7.5 mm - for 1686/1689
This fuel connection with a 7.5 mm diameter fits the classic fuel lines of your 1686 or 1689 carburetor. It is a standard connector that you should regularly check for cracks or contamination - especially in an older car where the original has been in use for decades. Replace it when you are replacing the fuel line anyway - as it is cheap insurance against unexpected leaks on the road. Combine this with a new fuel hose and possibly a renewed carburetor gasket for a complete refresh.
