The heater control cable that operates your air distributor in the T2 is a tricky part to get right. This cable (OEM 211 711 605F) connects the control lever in your dashboard to the temperature slide in the distribution box. After decades - this cable can become stiff or completely stuck - which means your heater no longer regulates properly. This is an original replacement for the LHD version - so it's a perfect fit for your Type 2. Combine this with a complete air distributor or control cable set to completely renew the system.
