The outer sheath of your accelerator cable wears out over time - especially if you use your 181 frequently. This original Bowden tube keeps your accelerator pedal feeling smooth and prevents the inner cable from getting stuck somewhere. It's a simple part that makes a big difference to daily driving - so if you notice your throttle response feels stiff - this is usually the culprit. Combine this with a new inner cable to get that original feel back.
