The outer casing of your throttle cable gradually wears out due to rust and movement - causing your accelerator pedal to feel stiff or not return properly. This original Bowden tube (OEM 181 721 551) runs from your engine to the accelerator pedal on the chassis and quickly wears out if you drive a lot. Replace it along with the inner cable for a smooth and responsive accelerator pedal.
