The clutch cable runs from the pedal to the gearbox and needs support to prevent vibrations. This support (OEM 113 301 165A) attaches to the gearbox and holds the cable in place. The part is small but important for precise clutch operation and prevents wear due to movement. Combine this with a new clutch cable if you're already working on it.
