The clutch cable guide (OEM 251 721 361B) is the metal tube through which your clutch cable runs on your T3. Over the years - this tube can rust - causing the cable to slip and your clutch operation to become loose. This replacement part is located between the bracket on the engine and the clutch pedal. Combine this with a new clutch cable for a complete overhaul of your clutch mechanism.
