This grommet ensures that your clutch and accelerator cables run neatly from the engine compartment to the carburetor without fraying or getting damaged. For T1, Karmann Ghia, and Type 181, you'll use OEM number 111 701 293C or 113 701 293C, depending on your model. If you're working on the top end anyway, combine this with new clutch and accelerator inner cables so everything is in new condition.
