This grommet ensures that your clutch and accelerator cables run neatly from the engine compartment to the carburetor without fraying or getting damaged. For T1 - Karmann Ghia - and Type 181 - you'll use OEM number 111 701 293C or 113 701 293C - depending on your model. If you're working on the top end anyway - combine this with new clutch and accelerator inner cables so everything is in new condition.
