This left side panel protects the engine block and gives your T2a or T2b a neat finish. This is part 211 801 557G, the original Volkswagen cover plate that encloses your engine on the left side. An excellent piece to replace when you're working on the engine compartment anyway, especially since these plates are prone to rust and damage. Combine this with the right side panel and your engine compartment will look like new again.
