BBT Silver Weld sheet metal. The front inner frame is the skeleton to which your entire front end hangs: radiator, grille, bumper, and all other components. This unit is complete and ready for installation, so you don't need to gather multiple parts. It fits the T1 universally, so whether you have a split or a late bay, this will work. Combine this with a new radiator, and you'll have a solid foundation for a neat front end.
