BBT Silver Weld sheet metal. This underplate is located on the left side under the chassis and forms part of your Volkswagen's construction. With OEM number 215 703 705, it fits exactly where it should. Rust and damage from salt and moisture are very common, so checking and possibly replacing this plate is good maintenance. Make sure you also check the right side (215 703 706), and consider adding a waterproof coating for better protection against further deterioration.
