The left door bottom is the lowest part of your door frame that suffers most from rust and dirt. In a T1 where water seeps in around the door panels, this is often the first part to rot away. This replacement is standard on the left side and fits universally on most air-cooled VWs. Combine it with a new sill or threshold to complete a proper door repair.
