This reinforcement beam is located at the bottom right side of your Beetle Cabriolet and provides the necessary rigidity to the chassis. OEM part number 151 801 132D fits all T1 models and is a wear part that should be replaced immediately during restoration, especially if you are removing the original. Combine this with the left side and your chassis will be neatly reinforced again.
