This left-hand floor pan (OEM 111 701 061M) is the thin steel sheet that sits at the bottom of your Beetle's body and is prone to rusting due to moisture accumulation. With a thickness of 0.75mm, you provide your T1 with a solid base that you don't want holes in. Combine this with the right-hand floor pan and a proper undercoating for maximum corrosion protection.
