This rubber license plate light (OEM 361 943 191A) is the original you need under your rear plate on Type 3 and Type 181. German quality here means that the rubber does not shrink and crack after a few years in the sun, and that the attachment remains secure. A simple part, but without it your light will be loose and the entire illuminated rear will vibrate. Please combine this with a new license plate bulb LED or halogen, because it won't help you much if your light doesn't work.
