This vertical rubber damper sits between the engine block and the firewall and dampens vibrations so that you have less noise and vibrations in your interior. The OEM numbering 111 813 741G is valid for all years of T1 - T2a - T2b - Beetle and Karmann Ghia. German quality here means that the rubber will not harden after decades and will truly work as it should. Combine this with the horizontal engine-firewall rubbers for complete vibration damping.
