This seal ring ensures your tailgate closes properly without drafts or water leaks. The small rubber element in the lock cylinder wears out over years - causing the closure to become looser. With original part number 361 827 527 - you are assured of the correct fit for your T1 or Type 3. Combine this part with a new latch or lock mechanism for a fully renovated tailgate assembly.
