This switch is located in the steering column switch valve and controls your turn signals and windshield wipers. The replacement part 211 953 513C/E is reliable and fits many air-cooled VWs - provided your steering column is suitable for it. If your left or right turn signal isn't working - or if your switch feels rattling - this is likely your replacement. Combine this with a new adjusting ring and wiring set for a complete overhaul.
