This 6V 35/35W bulb (N 017 011) is the classic for headlights on T1, Beetle, and Karmann Ghia with a 6-volt electrical system. The dual filament system gives you 35 watts for dipped beam and 35 watts for main beam, so you have full control over your lighting. Always keep a spare bulb in the car, as these don't last as long as modern LED versions. Combine this with new headlight assemblies if you are already working on your front and rear light installation.
