This 4-pin switch operates your hazard lights on T2 and Type 3 models. The replacement part (211 953 235A) is located in the dashboard and activates all four turn signals simultaneously for emergency situations. Many users combine this with a completely new flasher relay and wiring to rule out electrical issues.
